Doghouse Poker Club (“we,” “us,” or “the club”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website — not to anything that happens in person at the club.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us through the forms on this site:
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, and message.
- Job applications:your name, email address, phone number, anything you write in your message, the position you're applying for, and — if you choose to attach one — your résumé.
- Automatic data: basic, aggregated analytics about site traffic (such as page views), and the IP address of form submissions, which we use to prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information, and the public site has no user accounts or logins.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and messages.
- To review and follow up on job applications.
- To send you a confirmation email when you submit a form.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this site. They process data only on our behalf:
- Supabase — secure database and file storage for form submissions and résumés.
- Google (Gmail) — delivery of notification and confirmation emails.
- Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly traffic analytics.
How we protect and keep your information
Résumés are stored privately and are accessible only to authorized club staff through a secure, password-protected dashboard. We keep submissions and applications only as long as needed for the purposes above, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us. Confirmation emails are one-time replies to a form you submitted — we don't add you to a marketing list. To make any request, reach us using the details below.
Children
This site and the club are intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to be a member and 21 or older to consume alcohol. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
